The short version

AI data licensing, in plain English.

Brickworks explainer video.

Starts muted. Watch with sound to hear the story from the beginning.

The opportunity

AI is learning the job from companies like yours.

Solved tickets, process guides and project histories show AI how real work gets done. Vetted AI data programmes license them.

Solved ticket Shipment held at the Memphis hub

Who this can suit

Companies with years of real work on record.

Established teams with 25+ people in the US and other Western markets, with records that are their own.

  • Logistics & 3PL Shipment exceptions

  • Software & SaaS Support tickets
  • IT services & MSPs Internal runbooks
  • Marketing agencies Project workflows
  • E-commerce & retail Order operations
  • Property management Work orders

Your own work records, not your clients’: process records in staffing, work orders in property management, never candidate or tenant data. No promised acceptance or payment.

Privacy, in plain English

The useful work stays. Names and private details come out.

An example work email. After preparation it reads: Person 03 at Company 07 called about Load 01, stuck in City 02. Rebooked with Company 12. Call Person 03 on Phone 03.

Names become labels · You choose what’s left out · The story stays

Replacing names is one step; the programme’s process and your agreement set what’s removed.

How it works

Our part, in four blocks.

  1. 01

    Fit check

An honest read on whether this suits you. 30 minutes, no files.

  2. 02

    Readiness report

How the programme’s process works, condensed for you: what to prepare, what to ask, what to keep back.

  3. 03

    Apply prepared

We prepare your application with you, in about 20 minutes of your time. You submit it.

  4. 04

    You decide

Any offer comes from the programme. There may be none. Your call.

After us

Then it’s between you and the programme.

Once you apply, the programme runs its own process. We’re still here for questions.

  1. 01

    Review

The programme decides whether it’s interested.

  2. 02

    Sample, if asked

Shared directly with the programme, only after your company approves it.

  3. 03

    Offer, or none

Any offer and its terms come from the programme.

  4. 04

    Agreement

Reviewed with your own advisers. It sets what’s shared and the terms.

This can take weeks or months.

FAQ

Questions

What is AI data licensing?

AI companies need real examples of how work gets done. Vetted AI data programmes license them from established companies, under an agreement the company signs. If a deal goes ahead, the company could earn a licensing fee. There may be no offer.

Why use Brickworks instead of going to a programme directly?

You can apply directly. Many companies don’t know these programmes exist, or what they look for. We bring the opportunity, condense how the process works into your readiness report, and help prepare your application, free to you. We can’t promise better terms than applying on your own.

What does Brickworks actually do?

We check whether your company’s work records could suit a vetted AI data programme, write a readiness report on what to prepare and ask, and help with the application. We don’t handle your records, value them, negotiate or represent you.

Is my company a fit?

Good signs: a company with 25+ people in the US or other Western markets, documented processes, years of history in tools like a TMS, CRM, help desk or project tool, and records that are your own, not your clients’. You need to be able to discuss your rights to them. The programme decides what it wants, and we’ll tell you straight if it isn’t a fit.

What kind of records are involved?

Your company’s own work records: solved tickets, process guides, project histories and similar. Not your clients’ material, and never candidate or tenant data. The programme decides what it wants.

Do you need our files or system access?

No. The fit check and readiness report need only a conversation. Please don’t send files, exports or customer records. An introduction approves no records or access. If you go ahead, any sample or transfer happens directly with the programme, under its process, after your company approves it.

Does replacing names make data anonymous?

Not on its own. Other details can still point to someone, so ask the programme how it reviews records for identifying context. Your agreement should say exactly what’s removed, and your readiness report includes the questions to ask.

Will this help train our competitors?

It might, and we’d rather say so. Deleting a file later may not undo training that’s already happened. If that worries you, ask for limits in the agreement or leave sensitive records out.

Who are the programmes?

Vetted AI data programmes that license work records from established companies. We name the programme and ask you before any introduction.

How does Brickworks get paid?

If an introduction leads to a deal, the programme may pay us a referral fee. You never pay us anything.

Can we say no, or stop later?

Yes. There’s no commitment, and you can stop any time before you sign. Anything already shared follows the programme’s terms, and once you sign, your agreement does, so read it with your advisers.

How long does it take?

The fit check takes 30 minutes and the application about 20. The programme’s review, offer and agreement can take several weeks or months.
